Newsletter: I will post my newsletter to this web page to keep you updated and informed about what is going on in the classroom. The newsletter will tell you about upcoming events and other important information that will be helpful to you. I encourage you to review the newsletter as well as talk about school activities with your child.
Birthdays: We love to celebrate birthdays at school. If you would like to have your child celebrate his/her birthday, you can send treat bags or prizes, no whistles or balloons please. The treat bags cannot include food or candy.
Folders: Each student needs to have one two-pocket folder to carry his/her work papers and important notes to and from school. Your child will be bringing one of the requested folders home each night in his/her book bag. This folder will be used to relay our daily accomplishments, notes to parents, and other school activities that we need to share with you. Please make sure you read this information and let your child know that you have taken the time to look at his/her folder each night. If you need to send a note to your child’s teacher, place it in the folder for your child to give to the teacher the next day.
